We’re complying with national health recommendations concerning coronavirus and COVID-19
As of, March 13, 2020, Preferred EAP will be conducting telephone counseling sessions only. All face-to-face counseling, coaching, and consultation sessions will be discontinued for a period of two weeks. On-site training and development sessions will also be rescheduled. After a two-week period, we will re-evaluate our protocol, based on the recommendations of the CDC, LVHN, and local/national health authorities.
We want to assure you that Preferred EAP professionals will continue to be available to address all concerns related to the coronavirus and COVID-19. We understand the impact the virus may have on employee well-being whether under quarantine or not. Our counselors are standing by to consult with employees via phone about all their worries and concerns. We are also available to employers who are managing the day-to-day effects on business operation.
